bellenoelboutiq @galaxie_andrews yes it is the same two piece set. I’m just not sure if the color is exactly the same. Mine is labeled as “coffee” but theirs is “taupe”. This skirt ships with the top and bottom just like on the Windsor site. If you go to my “About” section there should be some reviews of this set. The medium will be perfect for you. Medium waist range: 26” - 36”
