Is it true to size? Would it be too big on someone who is 5’4” and 130lbs?

@stacey_mccarthy 44 inch bust is in line with size 14. if you have a similar jacket you can measure and compare with actual measurements listed. length is short but should be ok for 5 ft 4. I'm just 5 ft 2
