EXPRESS Pink/Red Criss Cross Staps Sheer Blouse

This has two layers, but I still would recommend a shirt beneath, or bralette if you are risky like that! The straps double and cross in the back. The scoop neck has a minimal pleat detail to it. The shirt is flowy and perfectly between red and pink. Bright!
