Polyester, patent leather look.These came from the UK 🇬🇧 with UK sizes, but I have already converted them to US sizes for this listing. Size 4 lying flat measurements are approx 13” waist, 10.5” from crotch to waist, & 37.5” from waist to hem. Other size measurements are available upon request. awesomeposhn2 @bdevargas01 I have already converted the sizes to US sizes for my listings. So the size 10 is actually a UK 🇬🇧 size 14. The measurements for the US size 10 are in the comments above yours. I know it is confusing. Take a look at the size chart in this listing (last picture) to see if you agree. Especially with hip measurements. If you have a tape measure handy, measurements in inches would be very helpful, too!🌹

awesomeposhn2 @skydoll320 Hello there! Yes, I’m out of size 8. Size 10 waist taken from lying flat is approximately 16”, so approximately 32”. The manufacturer/brand size chart (see last picture) states the size U.S. size 10 waist is approximately just under 31”. Hope that helps!😭
