Jan 11Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemcYou sent me this one.

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc please keep tags on it and posh will ask you to return all items in your bundle including the mesh tank

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc you paid at 4pm I rushed to usps to get it out the same day ugh darn

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe I have to return the black one as well even though it’s correct? Ughhh. I appreciate that you tried to get it out fast but I really needed that other one bc I’m going on vacation next week.

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc yes you need to return everything unworn with the tags still attached this was delivered 3 days ago u didn’t realize it was the wrong order until now?

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc if you want to cancel the return request I can give you the suit you wanted for a very cheep price and the. You can keep the black one

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe it was JUST delivered today. What are YOU talking about?

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe how cheap?

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc ok I’m trying to be helpful I can see your upset but I’m offering you a solution and it doesn’t seem to make you happy. How was it delivered today there is no mail on mlk day here

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc half off. I would loose money to make u happy.

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe no YOU’VE been extremely rude by first asking me what I’m talking about and then subsequently inferring that I’m just now realizing the discrepancy. I even have a screenshot from Poshmark that shows that this item was only delivered four hours ago. I would hope that you’d try to provide a solution as you’re the one who made the mistake.

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc yeah I asked for more information. Your comments are alarming when I’m trying to help you! Posh will tell you return EVERYTHING including the bodysuit that you want! If you wore it it’s not returnable! I can’t resell a used bodysuit that’s not hygienic whatsoever

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc I have done nothing but try to gather info and provide a solution.

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe well how do you want to proceed, should I put your swimsuit up in my closet and you buy it back and then I can turn around and buy the correct one from you?

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc and when I say I would loose money to make you happy that’s actually pretty nice so I’m confused where your anger and attitude is coming from

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc no we will follow posh policy and you will return your entire order with tags attached including the unworn black bodysuit, I offered a solution u didn’t like it I’m not buying my swimsuit back. This is getting ridiculous. Posh will handle this and tell you to return everything

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe it’s coming from my first comment being received as “what are you talking about?” And your second remark insinuating that I’ve been aware of the problem and am only now addressing it! I literally just received and opened the package less than an hour ago and confronted you immediately. I’d say the attitude is prevalent on both sides.

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe I was doing that so you could get your item back and I could get the actual item I ordered!! And that way you weren’t losing money by selling something cheaper than what it’s worth.

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc Me asking for more information makes you angry, 😳 Instead you can wait a couple days for posh to evaluate everything, approve your return request, send everything back to me and be refunded once I confirm everything is still new with tags attached. I have tried to explain posh policy with bundle returns. You are not allowed to wear the bodysuit if you are returning your order. It’s not hygienic,

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc the solution I am offering is you accept your order and you can buy the suit you wanted for half off and reduced shipping if that doesn’t work for you then I can not and do not have the ability to solve your problem. This will be put in Poshmarks hands and they will take a couple days

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe Ive never said anything about wearing the bodysuit, I only asked if I had to return that as well even if it was correct in the order.

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc and I have been trying to calmly explain the policy to you to get to a solution. Posh will tell you to return that as well if you don’t want to then you could go with my solution and I could drop off the correct swimsuit at the post office today instead of going back and forth

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe right, I understand. I just want the fastest, least complicated way of receiving the original suit that I wanted.

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc I will accept your offer you just put in but you need to accept this one and cancel the return request

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe ok.

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc great thank you and I am very sorry for the accident. You said you needed it quickly and I really just rushed to fast to get it out the same day

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc I accepted your offer on the other swimsuit but I’ll wait to send it till u cancel the return request on this

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe I understand, thank you for rushing it out and for finding a solution to this problem.

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc you can do this by going to the order clicking accept and I will run your correct swimsuit to the post office so it gets shipped out today.

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe how do I cancel the return?

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc just commenting on the return that you will keep it will take posh a couple days to review. You can speed the process up by clicking on the accept order option when u click on that order there should be an icon that says accept order. This way it can go through today

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe yeah I just don’t see it. It only says case in review. I don’t see the accept order button anywhere.

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc I know there is a way Bc I canceled a return but it was a few months ago 🤔 let me google and see if I can find it. I’m positive there is an option if you go to the sale to accept it

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe okay let me know what you find

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc try clicking on problems and order inquiry then there should be options there to cancel the request and keep the order

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe I’ve posted pics in the case file so you can see what my screen shows. It’s ok if you can’t rush it out today, you’ve done enough. I guess we’ll just have to wait for posh to review it or whatever. I’ll definitely give you the best rating and comment for this fiasco.

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc I think you accept it by clicking on case in review then going to where it says accept order

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe but when I click on case review it just takes me to case discussion.

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc the other icon problems and order inquiry does that have an option there? I’m packaging the correct suit for u now, so sorry for all the trouble!

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe no it doesn’t 😩 it’s really okay! Thank you-and sorry for all of the back and forth! And the perceived attitude

Jan 21Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@chelsearaemc omg I apologize as well I need to be more mindful when I rush to get my orders out quickly have a great vacation!!

Jan 21Reply

chelsearaemc

chelsearaemc@love4luxe thank you!!

Mar 26Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@peezlaflare I think so especially because the straps adjust in 4 different places for a more customized fit to your body

Mar 26Reply

princessulu

princessulu@love4luxe ok cool, just don’t want it to be too tight

Mar 26Reply

love4luxe

love4luxe@peezlaflare yeah on this one I don’t think it would be because of the adjustability. You should be ok, would you like me to tag you in the brands sizing?

Mar 26Reply

love4luxe
