clotheshorsels @mecar hi there! Lying flat, approximate measurements are as follows - The waist is 18.5" across, the hips are 20.5" across. These have never been worn out (just tried on) and they have no marks/pulls/flaws/pills/wear on them. Hope this helps - let me know if you have any additional questions!
