sonshine_villa@angelazych😊hi, not sleeping well anyway so went ahead & measured😊I'm getting just short of 1/2 in heel. They are nearly flats but not quite😍they have wonderful thick non slip rubber grip soles. Great for comfort too.😊thanks again & blessings.
