NWOT Black very sleek scalloped neckline blouse

NWOT (only because it arrived in mail that way) Very beautiful Black, scalloped neckline, in addition to the end of the sleeves having the same scallop style. Blouse/shirt has slits at the waistline, which is shown in one of the photos. Tag says large but fits more like a medium. Brand new & never worn, therefore no stains, snags, tears or piling.
