ckru11 @alancatx Agreed and I always leave a little wiggle room. I don’t love the offer button. I’m always willing to make a deal but I’ve gotten some ridiculous offers to the point I’m not willing to counter I straight up decline. It doesn’t happen often but it’s incredibly insulting.
