Forever 21 special occasion dress. Size L, but I made it smaller. (I’m an amateur, mind you!). It was more like a 2/4 to start out with, so I barely had to take it in. I’m a 0, for reference. The fabric looks so luxe for forever 21! I love the accordion frill details. One shoulder style. Built-in cups so you don’t have to wear a bra. Wore once for a black-tie event.
