ohteeohmy @kelsey488 I have tried that several times. I'm positive there is something wrong with it because it cannot be this hard to get open. I have other bags with magnetic clasps. Never had this happen. It's a beautiful bag and I really want it. Would you be able to send another and I send these back ?
