COS - pleated black midi skirt - size 4

I love this black pleated midi skirt from COS. Unlike most pleated skirts, there are two tiers of pleats -- one that goes from the waist to the hip and a second that goes from the hip to the hem. No one notices that this detail, but the result is a pleated skirt that drapes beautifully. None of the usual bunching happens. Size 4 Elastic waist. Button + zipper closure. Polyester shell + Polyester lining
