ISO Vintage Solid Gold Necklace in this style

I love vintage. I’m patiently looking for the perfect necklace but it must be real solid gold as I have allergies to other materials. I love the lavalier or lavaliere drop style and the lariat. Diamonds is a plus but can be any gem. Solid gold in rose, white, platinum or yellow. I can’t wear silver for long periods of time. I have not had any trouble with rose, white or tricolor golds but cant be other metal. Silver detail is fine as long as it does not touch my skin directly for long periods of time.
