thebookmark @myroxy143 hello, the mediums waist is approximately 12” across. They are not juniors size. They have a great fit to them and the added bonus of them being fleece lined. I personally haven’t tried other brands like the ones Spanxs make. So I can’t compare the fit. I do know that these sell out fast with the vendor. Hope that helps.
