1onpennylane @peacedaisies Mindfulness and I have never gotten along well although when my daughter went somewhere for her mental health, it was something they taught not only the kids, but the parents as well. Well...they taught us some ways to practice. Mindfulness takes work. Haha. I'll keep trying. Maybe I'll learn to crochet. Ha
