Forever 21 Skirt with Lace Edge

This is a cute stretchy skirt from Forever 21. The length is 13.5” from waist to bottom edge, and the waist is 28”, although it is stretchy and has some give. I believe the size is a large, although I can’t be sure as there isn’t a size tag available. Worn once or twice and still in perfect condition.
