Black and white top in a cropped off the shoulder style. Pre owned. The elastic isn't tight anymore but is still stretchy and not crunchy. Fits a size large but will work a size bigger or smaller imo as well. Pre owned and there may be loose threads or small marks here and there. Has a 90s rockabilly revival feel.
