@matteoo I feel for you, I got arthritis at 24,settled in my knees/feet deforming the bones, now 75 unbearable pain, advanced, my doctor said I have worst case of arthritis he’s ever seen, but I just lost him. CBD products don’t help, I tried Kratom liquid extract, I guess they help some people, but not me, then I tried something I can’t remember the name of at the moment but it’s on Wikipedia, it might help others but not me, Maybe these products are for people with milder pain than me
