kanoodle @gingasgalleria hi: can u tell me if these stretch to be at least 17" diameter & if they ar at least 3" tall? I am trying to replace the REAL fur boot cuffs that my dog chewed on the top of my Coach winter boots so, they have to be a certain measurement. Please lmk. Thx!
