fashionfauxpas sooo since this was "worn once " how can it be new with tags..i confused..if worn 1 time not new regardless of it having hang tags or not..

rrrachaelll2 @fashionfauxpas 👋 hi there. So... I wasn’t quite sure how to mark it. In my description I attempted to clarify so there wouldn’t be any confusion. It was worn once, but it also came with no tags.

rrrachaelll2 @fashionfauxpas I wanted anyone interested to know that it comes with any and all tags that it had when first purchased (which is none). That’s why I have it marked as NWT. It has no tags and no label. I wanted people to be aware of this, rather than thinking they are looking at an item from which I’d ripped off all tags and removed all labels.

rrrachaelll2 @msvaldezm when laid flat and UN-STRETCHED, the waist is about 15.5 inches. There is a horizontal hem and two vertical ones to make the waist slightly fitted, although the material has lots of stretch and give to it.

rrrachaelll2 @msvaldezm From the waist going down toward the bottom hem, the skirt gradually flares.The hips are about 20” and at the bottom hem of the dress, where it is most flared, it is about 29.5 inches.
