I missed your $15 with a $5.95 shipping offer. I am happy to pay $20 with shipping included. I need stall shovel boots/ mud boots. I countered offered as to when I make an offer the shipping price included is higher.

I can see the counter offer - what is the shipping rate on that offer? It is $7.45? I am looking for boots to be $20 including shipping. I don't know how to reply to the offer other than hit yes/no.
