Black scalloped shift dress with pearls embedded

Cute black scalloped shift dress with pearls embedded. I bought this on a Poshmark boutique but it fit slightly tight in the chest. It is a medium and would most likely fit a medium (true to size) with a normal chest... this is a really cute holiday dress.
