The item is a second and defective, the left side of the coat is 2 inches shorter, making it unwearable and cannot resell. The construction of the coat is flawed and should have been described as such. Still working on a refund and will continue to do so until I recieve my $46.79. Almost $50 for a coat that can’t be used. Under policy, this item is eligible for a return, and will be.
