@shop_fig I had this happen a few weeks ago. I wrote to Posher who sold to me. She contacted Poshmark and they sent her a label for me. She sent me label and the correct size sweater,I used label she sent to send back item that was too large. So it can be done. She is a 5 year veteran of Poshmark.
