Jul 18Reply

eate8888Hello, I am so sorry about this. But the pink and white polo that I ordered from you just came in and is actually way too small for me... is there any way I can return it?

Jul 18Reply

closetventure@emilietindle Thank you so much!! 😍💖

Jul 19Reply

closetventure@eate8888 Hi! I’m so sorry this happened to you! That’s why we provide actual measure tape measurements besides the size tag so people can compare their actual size. We’ve never had returns and according to Poshmark rules “The buyer cannot return an item if it doesn’t fit as long as the seller accurately described the item in the listing”. Again I apologize the polo does not fit but it is/ was listed properly. Thank you for the feedback and being nice about it.

Jul 23Reply

ventiquadglamYou’re welcome! I love doing flat lays but you’re making me want to order a mannequin! Your pics look so clean!

Jul 23Reply

closetventure@ventiquadglam I like your flat lays!! I just trying to show how it would fit on person because a lot of people like to see modeled pictures and I’m not really good in modeling 😄

Jul 23Reply

ventiquadglam@closetventure I think I lose out on a few sales because I won’t model and tell people to refer to measurements 🤷🏼‍♀️. I think I might order a mannequin after my wedding lol

Jul 24Reply

closetventure@ventiquadglam great idea! Congratulations on your wedding!! 😊💐👰🏼

andrea00whiteI just purchased an item from you and have a questions - an you call me directly?

Aug 19Reply

closetventure@andrea00white Hi! Thank you for your purchase! I’ll ship your dress today. I only communicate within the Poshmark platform per Poshmark rules. How can I help you?

Aug 19Reply

andrea00whiteAny chance you can overnight it?

Aug 19Reply

closetventure@andrea00white Poshmark only offer regular Priority mail. It should get there in 2 days. Would this work for you?

Aug 19Reply

andrea00whiteI'm flying out at 7am Friday need it by then or could give you a different address if it's later than that. Can I get a day delivery?

Aug 19Reply

closetventure@andrea00white I am located in Maryland. If the address is within Maryland, Washington DC area regular priority mail takes 1 day. Per your address it is Priority mail 2 days. If you would like I can ship later and it’ll get there after the weekend or provide alternate address. Let me know what works for you!

Aug 19Reply

andrea00whiteI'm in Boston and traveling to Ohio but need to wear it sat

Aug 19Reply

closetventure@andrea00white oh okay! Would you be able to update the address on Poshmark in Ohio? I would ship it there and hopefully you should get it by Saturday.

Aug 19Reply

andrea00whiteSure, can you ship it today?

Aug 19Reply

closetventure@andrea00white Yes! I’ll ship it today!

Aug 19Reply

andrea00whiteIt won't let me change shipping - can you overnight it so that I receive it in time?

Aug 19Reply

closetventure@andrea00white how do you purpose we do this?

Aug 19Reply

andrea00whiteDo you just want to cancel the purchase?

Aug 19Reply

closetventure@andrea00white I cannot change the shipping label to Priority Express/ 1 day mail. The only way I can ship is Priority 2 day. What do you want me to do?

Aug 19Reply

andrea00whiteJust ship it to Boston and hopefully I get it.

Aug 19Reply

andrea00whiteCan you forward tracking to me

Aug 19Reply

closetventure@andrea00white I just dropped off the package. You should get an email with tracking soon. Hopefully the dress will get there in time! 🤞 Have a great rest of your day!

Aug 19Reply

andrea00whiteThe tracking says 8pm Saturday

Aug 19Reply

andrea00whiteHow are you running a business they doesn't allow you to adjust shipping? I don't get the lack of customer service.

Aug 19Reply

closetventure@andrea00white I hope you are not referring to me regarding customer service. I did the very best I could with what Poshmark allows me to do. I looked for alternatives within Poshmark for shipping and there are none. I cannot be blamed for platform rules I have no control of. I answered all of your questions in real time. I did everything possible to make your purchase the very best it could be. I hope the mail arrives early and all works out. Hope all goes well with your travels and stay safe!

Aug 20Reply

andrea00whiteI hope the package is there when I arrive from my trip. I don't have a doorman and have had issues with Packages. In addition, I'm surprised I'm the only customer who has ask for expedited delivery.

nannys2ndjobHi. I have a question (or two). Lol. Since your closet is so big, do you use a service (OneStop, etc.) that shares items from your closet for you? I use totes - labeled like Jeans 0-12 A-E, etc and Tops A-E, etc. resulting in 3-4 totes for each. What system do you use for your inventory? I would appreciate any suggestions or comments. Thank you.
