@sconyers2131 it is possible. But the person sewing it is in Ghana and it will take a couple of weeks to get it here. Also, because it is customized, it will likely be a bit more expensive than the prices here

@lael81 Hi Lael, I currently do not have any clothes in 4T, However, they can be custom made in Ghana and shipped here. It will cost a bit more and will take a couple of weeks. Depending on her measurements you could look into sizes 3 or 6. I already have those in stock. Here are the measurements
