rackrevival @yvettebriant OK. sorry about the delay. Looks like 10" is the length of the sole (on the outside). I have added a couple pictures to the listing. Also, i see on the bottom of the boot that they are size Euro 37. Hope that helps!

rackrevival @yvettebriant Black items are tricky to photograph. I use different lighting and use darker backgrounds, which make the pics show more detail. But the black *looks* lighter - more like charcoal under this lighting. These boots are suede and so you see nap going this way and that. Diesel tends toward distressed looking styling, so yeah, they appear a little worn. Hope this helps.

rackrevival @carolinesssmith Great question! They really are black, but the camers makes them look different against different backgrounds. I shot them against the blue denim more recently to bring out the detail. The older pics were done with a cheap camera :-)
