yes they are new with tags.i will check them before i send it. some of the beaded dresses specially this ones are very delicate. seems like the beads comes loose easily.

I was just thinking if the other 2 size 4s are small then the size 2 will definitely not work. I usually wear size 2/4 dresses . I'm 5'5 .. 100 lbs.
