styleinthebag @yd3626 a seller has to send an offer to likes and select a shipping discount. OR if the person made a bundle they can click on that bundle notification and send the buyer a discounted shipping offers , if the buyer makes a counter offer then the shipping discount disappears is the way it works I hope that helps!
