@ajthurow This dress is a little tricky to measure because the straps are adjustable. So, I measured from the top of the dress before the straps extend to the bottom hem - this is the length. For the chest, I measured armpit to armpit. I included photos to help show how I took the measurements. Here are the approximate measurements:
Length: 28-7/8”
Chest: 17”
