Dec 20Reply

leanysperanza@shoesbyjess If they do not fit properly, will you accept a return?

Dec 21Reply

shoesbyjess@lescribano they will fit. Order your actual size. This is a best selling boot, everyone that has gotten them loves it. Only 1 had it run small. Color pink runs 1/2 smaller. So keep that in mind when ordering. You can go 1/2 higher to be on safe side. We charge restocking fee and return shipping cost, if we do exchanges

Dec 21Reply

shoesbyjess@lescribano if I send a buyer a wrong product, size or color - I will take full responsibility and send the actual product and take responsibility of shipping cost and all.
