kccorey @pcupton hi! I’m sorry, I did miss your comment the first time. And a size small, the bust is 18” across laid flat. Waist is 15” across. Shoulder to hem is 26”. Thanks!

kccorey @genjademermaid hi! It’s woven. I am away for the weekend but I would be happy to let you know the fabric content on Monday. The material has the feel of a poplin but softer. It’s at least partially synthetic (I think poly).
