Green polka dot fit and flare dress

This dress is so adorable! Green with black polka dots and a black lace upper bodice. The belt has a little bow, which contributes to the retro vibe! Above knee length. Material is 100% polyester and is not heavy but has a little weight to it so that the dress will hold its shape nicely when worn. There are a couple of slightly frayed threads in the lace. Otherwise in very good used condition. Approx measurements laid flat: Bust (pit to pit) = 18" Waist = 16" Length = 38"
