Men size Medium AE shirt

Worn a couple time's. Does have a stain around one of the armpit areas. Not sure what it is or if it will come out in the wash. Small holes around one side of the shirt too. Some peeling on front, sides and back also. Size Medium classic fit. Comes from smoke free home. I bundle and take reasonable offers!
