BILA OF CALIFORNIA 100% rayon velveteen button up shirt. Holiday colors with faceted ruby red faux crystal buttons. Peplum looks so cute with leggings. Tag states medium, waist is 14 1/2" one direction. Bust is 19" one direction. I am a thick size 10 and it is too small for me. Compare measurements with similar blouse/top.
