jennanels@loracyelruh hello! picture #2 makes the dress looks darker than it is, it is definitely a royal blue and not a navy blue. The dress definitely has some stretch to it. jennanels@flowerlady21 hello! Guidance from the designer indicates that for a size 14 bust measures 40.5, waist measures 32.5 and hips measure 42.5. I hope that helps! The material is not stiff or firm and has some stretch/give to it (it is a viscose / nylon / polyester blend). If you are interested I am able to ship first thing in the morning.
