I LE New York black and blue sleeveless dress in a size 8. Great conditions. Full zipper in the back. Chest measurement line plot from armpit to armpit is 18 in. This does have belts holders on sides and front does not have a belt. Length measuring from the top of the shoulder closest to the armpits of the bottom is 37 in. This is 95% polyester and 5% spandex this is a black with a cobalt blue and white coloring.
