@kellymkershaw hey love, thank you so much for your interest. I added a size chart that helps better explain the sizes. I typically wear a Medium in Victoria Secret Bralettes (34 C) and the size large in Victoria secret could work for me in the cup but it's just ever so slightly too big in the band. Hope that helps! -Rachel
