Beautiful blue-green coat! Very warm! I'm not sure how to describe the neckline, so check out the pics! Puffed sleeves and belt at the waist. No pockets. Gently used condition - I only wore it twice. I live in Arizona and have waaay too many coats I don't wear! Zoom in on pics for condition and ask if questions!
