Thanks for your inquiry. I providing chest measurements in this listing for the LARGE size coat. Repeating, lying flat underarm to underarm snapped shut is 20". Doubled = 40". You need to measure your chest size wearing a bra and garment thickness likely to be warn under the coat. Generally, 40" or less would likely fit. I can't make a general statement like any bra size 40" or less would fit but that doesn't take into consideration cup size. So you must make sure to measure yourself accurately.

@leopard316. Also, if you have coat that fits you properly, measure it the same way; lying flat on a bed or floor; closed or zipped shut. Measure from right under the sleeves; armpit to armpit. If it is 20", this coat should fit in a large, but I cannot guarantee. If 20" (40" total) seems too large, please let me know if you are interested in measurements for size medium. Hope this helps!
