Phoebe chiffon gown

Gorgeous black prom dress. See-through at the bottom with lace detailing around the waist. One worn once, I absolutely love this dress but don’t think I’ll have another occasion to wear it to unfortunately! This dress was never hemmed for me so it is a little long.
