mompatty4 @melissa_218 Hi Melissa! So I laid them flat and measured across the front. The S: skirt of dress measures 23” and the top measures 12” across without stretching it. The M: skirt measures 24 1/2” and the top measures 14” across without stretching it. Hope that helps! 💕
