Comes with velvet pouch, velvet hard shell case and cleaning cloth, and box. The box has been slightly damaged from candle oils but the velvet pouch and hard shell case are in perfect condition.

@livi28 I now understand what you’re asking. I checked the tags, there’s nothing that states “no Rx.” I did some googling on this style and others, and I see that you can put a prescription in Miu Miu sunglasses. Hope this helps!
