merri_gracelandAwesome!! It measures 59.5” from the shoulder seam at the neck and 49” from the armpit. I’m 5’6” and it’s plenty long for heels, but I’m much smaller in size, so it’s just a point of reference for you. Also, shoulders measure 16” across.

The silk is not stretchy, however, the gown is fully lined and is not designed to be tight fitting since it doesn not have a waist line. k9trainer@merri_graceland hi Merri. this is gorgeous. My son's wedding is in October and it's not an over the top formal wedding but being mother of the groom, I'd like something spectacular. I'm 5'5" but I have hips. I'm concerned this is more a style for someone with less hips. if you can, and it's no rush, get me measurements with the dress flat is fine, of the waist area and hips. also pit to pit measurements would help. I wear a 10 or 12 depends on style, brand etc. thanks so much. Nance
