invoguehippie@court603 lol it's been a crazy challenge but sooo worth it I'm feeling better at least. I have to take SSRIs for PTSD and those things made me hungry I gained 80 lbs!!! But honestly the whole lifestyle change has made me healthier than before even though I'm overweight I exercise and eat greens!! My blood work is superb now the weight gain was all worth it!
