@ellebece sorry for the delay. Laying flat, the bust is approximately 15.5” and the waist is 12.75”. The waist is elastic and can stretch.

@kstar572 hi, it’s not been worn as far as I know. I bought it from someone else with the tag on it and I’ve never worn it myself. I think there are some imperfections in some of the embroidery but I don’t think they’re noticeable. I can pull it out in the next couple days to take a look and post some more pictures
