Spandex yoga short, neon blue! 9" inseam, unbranded 29 1/2" waistband at rest, though it can stretch out a lot from there! 85%nylon, 15% lycra spandex. The overall fabric is very nice, however the seat area in rear has some slight wear(small snags), not noticeable unless one goes looking for it! Made in the USA. thanks for stopping.
