This dress is fantastic. It has a black waist band. Bottom flares out. Top is fitted, but stretchy. Color is a dark blue & black w/ vertical stripes. Fabric is textured. Zipper w/ top hook closure in back. Back top has a bit of sheerness, but front has black lining.
Excellent condition. Please note: brand tag was removed.

It’s part of the dress and a little stretchy. Not drawstring. No tie at all. :)
