This is a dress I wore once to an adult prom event it was altered I had kept the train just got it shorter I am about 5'1/5'2 and the heels were about 2 1/2 inches tall or so I would have to double check. I can post more pictures if interested. Paid 250 originally and it is already altered so take that into consideration.
