This is a blue formal dress with rhinestone belt ...I extended The Rhinestone belt with blue satin ribbon it can be removed ..no other alterations... the only reason to the zipper is not the whole way up is because it did not fit the mannequin ... lol... Criss cross on the back and two straps in the front it's very cute on it has some tulle underneath... goes great with rhinestone necklace which is not included and rhinestone shoes... no rips stains or tears... smoke free home
